What happens after my 30-day free trial?
Your account continues on the Starter plan (free, up to 5 employees) unless you choose to upgrade. No credit card is required to start.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months and save you approximately 15% compared to monthly billing.
Do you offer discounts for accounting practices?
Yes. Accounting practices managing multiple clients should contact us about our Enterprise plan, which includes volume pricing and white-label options.
Is ERNVO certified with the ATO?
Yes. ERNVO is a registered Digital Service Provider (DSP) with the ATO for STP Phase 2 reporting.
